Natural seawater it’s composed of 57 minerals salts distinguished into macro and micro elements. Comparing the table annexed the first 6 (macro) elements are the 99, 4% of salts present; after this consideration it’s clear the difficulties, for a synthetic sea salt "unique blend", to have uniformly dissolved all the vital elements for the marine animals; in most of cases the animals most sensitive, like hard and soft corals very demanding, requiring complete and exact concentration of sea salts present in nature for their survival and growth in the aquarium. Usually the preparation of a synthetic sea salt is a mixture of 1000 kilos of product where 994 kilos up the first 6 macroelements and the remaining 6 kilos up the other 51 "trace elements". HI-TECH REEF SALT it’s a “bi-component” synthetic sea salt specially designed to relieve the problems of preparation mentioned above, in fact in the package there are two bags containing a mixture of white (macro) and a mixture of blue (other elements). Thanks to this innovative brewing system, HI-TECH REEF SALT it’s a salt balance in full complete of all the vital elements to keep in aquarium the marine flora and fauna, with excellent results. 

The packages on the market of 1, 4, 10 and 20 kilos can prepare 30, 120, 300 and 600 liters of sea water with a density of 1022-1023 at 24°C of temperature.
